With ePartners around the world, ACVI will continuously build and develop a global network of dedicated and highly talented media teams. Each of these ePartners are entrusted with further developing and managing a DestinationTouristTV.com portal that represents the ePartner's tourist area.

THE INTERNET & THE NEW ECONOMY

Many marketing companies treat the Internet rather casually as an exploratory advertising channel. Advertising for the tourism industry needs to go beyond that. We recognize the Internet as much more than an alternative possibility for promoting a tourist and travel business. We focus on the Internet as a dynamic business and distribution platform that offers a strategic and objective perspective on promoting diverse tourist attractions and a rich variety of services in the hospitality industry. We understand that this ample distribution platform attracts and involves very sophisticated Internet users who expect rich media answers to their search for destinations and ancillary services. They are the potential clients for the businesses we promote. They are the consumers in the New Economy markets, including the rapidly-growing tourism industry.

We provide product development (video tours, travel films, virtual tours, eBrochures, etc) and online marketing with affordable pricing, as well as technology infrastructure with most appropriate customer service. These elements determine and influence our unique approach to online marketing in a blend of media-rich consulting and advertising services.

ENTERING THE ePARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

ACVI's ePartneship Program is very flexible and customizable. If you are a rich media company that is incorporated and have some marketing experience, you already possess the main attributes that we seek in an ePartner for our WorldTouristTV network. Our video-centric marketing solutions for enterprises in the tourism industry use the Internet as the conduit for our business model. If you understand and readily apply the fundamentals of video production and are familiar with the process of digitizing video content, encoding it in Flash and uploading this content on the DestinationTouristTV.com portal from your tourist region, then getting accommodated with our business model will prove an extremely easy procedure.

In order to get to the point of an ePartneship Agreement, we, at ACVI, have to make sure that you thoroughly understand the nature of our possible ePartneship - what it is and also what it is not. Most importantly you would have to feel comfortable with all the terms of our ePartneship Agreement and be convinced that this ePartneship is mutually beneficial for both your company and ACVI. You would also want to have in place the necessary means of exiting our ePartneship without acrimonious consequences and regrets. For this reason our ePartneship Agreement has been developed over a period of one year, while we did extensive research of various forms of partnerships between Internet solutions and new media companies. We also discussed with representatives of rich media producing companies and eMarketing businesses what the ideal agreement would be in their opinion, as they have learned from past experiences and from understanding the opportunities offered by the New Economy.

MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT STATUS

As a proven and self-directed rich media company you will maintain your current corporate status and professional independence, and have the freedom and control that you want and deserve. You will be entrusted with a DestinationTouristTV.com portal for your tourist region and you will further build a scalable, flexible and profitable portal symbiotically connected to our ACVI WorldTouristTV.com portal, using a simple business model and a definitive formula for success. With our support you will secure a long-term business growth and successful client relationships by identifying and delivering the right Internet solutions, driving qualified traffic to your clients' websites and converting visitors into paying customers. The resulting predictable and scalable revenue will enable you to further initiate and accomplish other projects that will lead to more growth and prosperity.

A NEW BUSINESS MODEL

The most common question we are asked from the very beginning is if our ePartnership business relation is a franchise. The simple and unequivocal answer is, "Our ePartnership business relation is NOT a franchise."

Another question is if our ePartnership business relation is a strategic alliance. We believe that our ePartnership business relation is more than a strategic alliance; it is a partnership in which we share more than common aspirations, information and technological practices. Our ePartnership is a business agreement between two independent companies that share the same interest in marketing a particular tourist region in order to create wealth and prosperity for the tourist & travel businesses in that particular region, as well as for our two companies.

As mentioned earlier, as an ePartner, your company entirely retains its status as an independent corporation and is legally bound to ACVI only with regards to the terms of our ePartnership Agreement.

START UP COSTS

There is no initial fee for entering the ePartnership, no training fee, no requests for further investment in equipment and technologies associated with our business enterprise. Costs associated with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will be shared by your company and ACVI, based on revenue from our common business. Likewise any advertising fees for your region's DestinationToiuristTV.com portal would be supported only from the accrued income generated by our common business.

It is however very important to prove before entering in an ePartnership Agreement with ACVI that your company owns or has unlimited & unconditional access to the necessary equipment and technology required to making our business association viable and productive. Your company should own or have unlimited & unconditional access to the following equipment and technology:
  • Professional video production equipment (which is at least at the level of HDV) and post-production equipment (video editing, digital intermediates equipment, sound recording, sound mixing and sweetening, music library, digitizing and encoding capability).
  • A camera crane (at least at the level of the popular and very affordable ProAm) that would primarily be used for the TVisitDiner video tours.
  • Reliable vehicle that could adequately transport the videographer and equipment to the tourist businesses (hotel, restaurant, point of interest, tourist attraction, etc) in their DestinationTouristTV.com area.
Our future ePartner would also have to present to our Executive Team some of their work/portfolio online - on their website.

ePARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FLOW

ACVI starts developing a DestinationTouristTV.com based on a domain name that we own. This domain name represents a particular tourist region, city, province/state or country.
  • A graphic designer produces for ACVI the background of the DestinationTouristTV.com portal.
  • The Director of Web Development from ACVI and his team develop the database and specific features as they apply to this portal (Channels, particular submenus, links, terms, etc.).
  • The Director of Content Development and Acquisitions from ACVI produces and aggregates video content for the portal.
  • The portal is launched. Meanwhile ACVI seeks an ePartner company with attributes as described above. In accordance with the ePartneship Agreement with ACVI, the ePartner takes over the management of their DestinationTouristTV.com portal. As stated in the ePartneship Agreement, the ePartneship becomes the de facto custodian of that particular DestinationTouristTV.com portal. Perhaps a valid comparison would be the business transaction where two parties enter into a lease agreement. The difference in the case of an ePartneship Agreement is that the ePartner has much more latitude for immediate growth because they are already provided by ACVI with a fully designed, launched and kick-started business structure and the necessary tools and support for further developing it.
  • The ePartner signs and enters the ePartneship Agreement with ACVI.
  • With the support of ACVI the ePartner creates awareness in their tourist area about their DestinationTouristTV.com portal and the fact that they are the managing company for that particular portal. ACVI produces a media release which introduces the DestinationTouristTV.com portal and our ePartner as part of the WorldTouristTV.com network.
  • The ePartner begins to expand the content for their DestinationTouristTV.com portal by
    • Filming simple video clips that professionally showcase their tourist area: locations, businesses, people and communities, events, etc.
    • Aggregating (embedding) relevant content from other tourist/travel media portals;
    • Acquiring relevant content from tourism organizations at various levels and uploading them on their DestinationTouristTV.com portal.
    • Accepting for upload on their DestinationTouristTV.com portal video clips that showcase a tourist destination from their area, related businesses, events, etc. The ePartner will make sure that the content provided is at least of a fair quality and addresses the required legal terms. The ePartner will not charge any fees for the upload, unless they are asked to provide editing services for the video(s).

THE eCONTEST: SHOW DESTINATION!

Each DestinationTouristTV.com portal will have an eContest: SHOW DESTINATION!

The eContest will be a powerful tool in creating viral marketing for the DestinationTouristTV.com portal (and as such increasing traffic) as well as very valuable content (locally produced videos clips).

The ePartner will engage in promoting the eContest to potential sponsors and advertisers. The revenue accrued from producing videos & commercials for sponsors and advertisers will be entirely retained by the ePartner.

The ePartner will also work with local media (TV & radio stations, newspapers, etc) to create awareness for the eContest. The regional Economic Development organization and the Chamber of Commerce in their area are valuable strategic allies in promoting the eContest.

ACVI will assist as much as possible with logistics, contacts, and other forms of awareness towards the eContest.

ORGINAL FEATURES

The ePartner could add specific features to their DestinationTouristTV.com portal such as a Channel that would increase promotional relevance to the particular tourist area or links that improve the traffic to their portal.

Given that the motion picture industry and tourism marketing in a particular area usually benefiting from each others' exposure, a Channel dedicated to the filmmakers and TV producers that would like to upload relevant scenes from local productions or potential locations for future production would also be a feature to consider.

Local professional film associations as well as the regional Economic Development organization could be of assistance in that regard, and as such would increase traffic to the portal.

The ePartner could advertise their own company's video production and web services on the DestinationTouristTV.com portal. Communication with ACVI is necessary prior to the final decision as where the advertising would be placed on the DestinationTouristTV.com portal.

The ePartner could create their own Tourist TV show or series (and hence another channel) in which they would produce their tourism or travel related videos. The revenues ensued by the interstitial ads from sponsors and product placement will entirely be retained by the ePartner.

All payment for work done towards eMagazines, eBrochures, etc. is retained by the ePartner minus the costs of uploading the work on ACVI's web portals.

FORMATS

All work for TVisitHotel.com and TVisitDiner will be filmed and edited in a HD format, at least at HD level. Work for regular uploads could be filmed & edited in any digital format as long as it is of a good quality - the level of quality is subject to ACVI's approval.

TVisitHotel.com & TVisitDiner.com PORTALS

The ePartner has the first right for the area of their DestinationTouristTV.com portal with regard to producing video tours for TVisitHotel & TVisitDiner. They could produce the video tours themselves and/or hire crews to do it for them.

The budget/price structure for TVisitHotel & TVisitDiner video tours will be provided for the ePartner.

The ePartner will retain everything minus $210.00 that will go to ACVI.

Business contract with eCustomer could be renewed free of charge if the eCustomer's video tour is left the same or for $150 with the right to change it three times over a period of one year. ePartner retains $75.00 and ACVI retains $75.00. If more than three changes are made over one year period, each change is charged $75.00 and is equally split between ePartner and ACVI.

All production costs are supported by eCustomer (cost of producing a new video tour, reediting video tour, rewriting material, etc.) The online changes are made by the ePartner and ACVI (as per each ePartnership arrangement).

ADS

The ePartner will share 70/30 the revenue from customized ads with Alta CineVision.

Alta CineVision will use part of that revenue for SEO and other management costs.

All revenues from interstitial ads that are posted by ePartner on DestinationTouristTV.com and which ads are not initiated by ACVI and their advertising/monetizing companies, are to be retained by the ePartner after 12% of such revenue is deducted and afforded to ACVI.

ePartner by default will seek to obtain content from local TV station and TV network affiliates, upload/aggregate such content on their DestinationTouristTV.com and whenever necessary to give them credit (watermark station's identity or brand, etc.

If the (local) TV station and TV network affiliates already have interstitial advertising on the content they provide to ePartner for upload/aggregation, the ePartner and ACVI representative will consult as how to share or not share segments of this advertising revenue.

ADSENSE REVENUE

All AdSense revenue from each DestinationTouristTV.com portal is retained by ACVI for further SEO and other development and maintenance costs.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

The ePartner's name will be first on the list of Executive & Production Team at ABOUT US, under the title of Site Director - ePartner.

Each and every ePartner has the right and obligation to announce within a reasonable period of time their wish and decision to dissociate from their ePartneship with ACVI. That will allow for ACVI to search for and engage a new ePartner for that specific DestinationTouristTV.com area and portal. Failing to do so would attract legal consequences that are explained in the ePartnership contract.

ACVI does not require ePartners to invest in our company. However, any initiative from the ePartner would be carefully considered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This introductory invitation for consideration is not the actual ePartneship Agreement between an independent company that would be a potential ePartner and ACVI. After discussions with a potential ePartner, a legal ePartneship Agreement produced by our legal counsel will be provided to the potential ePartner for their consideration.
